Needs a decision: at least a 30% or $50 change, multiple exact copies, quantity concerns, or identity metadata that needs verification.

Unmatched

No exact Shopify identity exists or the imported price is invalid. A different card is never substituted.

Ready

Confident one-to-one match with a valid proposed price below both safety thresholds.

Unchanged

The rounded proposed price already matches every Shopify copy in the group.

Exact sold, hidden, or otherwise unavailable Shopify products are excluded before the review list and totals are built.

Pricing rule: Collectr market prices round down to the nearest whole dollar, with a $1.00 minimum for positive values below $1.00. Zero, negative, or missing prices are invalid. Rows are ordered by urgency: Flagged, Unmatched, Ready, then Unchanged. Larger percentage or dollar movements appear first within each group. Exact physical copies are grouped, and an approved unit price applies to every available copy in that Shopify product match.
